Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers, engage in conversation, and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate products and services effectively in a retail setting to potential customers.
• Drive sales by highlighting product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate and relevant product information.
• Offer guidance and recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitors' offerings.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge for self and other team members.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, campaigns, and product displays.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer behavior.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
